Zack Snyder Shares First Ever Henry Cavill Superman Image, more

Zack Snyder is still sharing exciting behind-the-scenes photos from when he worked on the DC Universe movies, and his newest collection feels particularly special and revealing.

The photo captures Henry Cavill as Superman backstage, getting ready to put on the costume that made him famous.

Zack Snyder shared on Instagram that the photo was the first one he ever took of Henry Cavill wearing the Superman suit.

Five years ago today, I took the very first photo of Henry Cavill – the one that captured him just before he became known worldwide as Superman. I shot it on my Nikon camera.

One particularly striking image shows Jason Momoa, fully dressed as Aquaman, playing a guitar behind the scenes. Another features Ezra Miller as The Flash posing beside a large portrait of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, reminding fans of the popular Suicide Squad movies.

This release comes after Snyder shared photos related to his Justice League film, such as black-and-white images of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. He also revealed original storyboards for a sequel that was never made, which would have featured the villain Darkseid and a version of Batman in a dystopian future.

Honestly, I’m not sure if Zack Snyder is hinting at a return to this universe, or just enjoying a trip down memory lane. But one thing’s for sure: these images are hitting fans right in the feels, reminding us all what made the SnyderVerse so special in the first place. It really captured something unique, and it’s clear people still connect with that vision.

Stay tuned, because it doesn’t look like he’s done sharing yet.
