If he’s right, the next wave (the C-wave, naturally) could send XRP down to the $2.90-$2.92 neighborhood. And wouldn’t ya know it, those numbers line up with some complicated Fibonacci zones – makin’ ’em important spots for buyers to try and hold things together. 🧐
Now, lookin’ at that Relative Strength Index – fancy name for how fast prices are movin’ – on the 1-hour and 4-hour charts, it seems the steam’s gone out of things. No strong bullish divergence to speak of. Which is to say, the sellers seem to be holdin’ the reins for the time bein’.
On-chain Data Says “Hold Your Horses” (But Maybe Not Too Tight)
Right now, XRP is clingin’ to around $2.98, but the signs ain’t good, I tell ya. The network’s movin’ over 1.1 million transactions a day, but tradin’ volumes have taken a dive – down 31%, tradin’ around $4.21 billion. That’s like watchin’ a parade without the horses, if you ask me.
And to add insult to injury, the tradin’ on those decentralized exchanges (DEXs) on the XRP Ledger hit a low not seen in months – only $2.3 million. That means fewer folks are jumpin’ in. Shucks. 🤷
What’s to Become of XRP?
Now, that $2.98 level is the one to watch. If them bulls can hold it, the price might just sit tight and try another climb towards $3.25 and $3.44. But don’t hold your breath.
