After unveiling their latest collaborative effort at Paris Fashion Week a fortnight ago, Willy Chavarria and adidas Originals are back with another innovative release. This dynamic duo, renowned for being one of contemporary high fashion’s favorite collaborative pairs, first showcased the initial installment of their Spring/Summer 2025 collaboration in May. This collection, comprising clothing, accessories, and footwear, celebrated the Chicano heritage of South Central Los Angeles. Today, they have unveiled the second part of this seasonal line, which builds upon the foundation laid by the initial ready-to-wear range.
Regarding shoes, Adidas is reaching back into its history to bring back the Adidas Jabbar sneaker, a design originally crafted for basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in 1978.
The designs of Chavarria seamlessly blend with the iconic Three Stripes on the updated Jabbar clothing collection, which encompasses co-created sportswear such as track jackets, wide-leg track pants, heavy hoodies, and relaxed shapes. Additionally, Chavarria’s new designs cover a basketball jersey, gym shorts, and another tracksuit.
Check out the second part of the Willy Chavarria x adidas Originals Spring/Summer 2025 collection showcased in the provided lookbook, and mark your calendars as it’s set to launch simultaneously on Thursday, July 10 at 10 a.m. EST, available for purchase at both adidas and Willy Chavarria’s official online stores.
