Where to Find Constantine in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Sedletz Monastery is a big place with numerous NPCs to interact with. Several NPCs ask for help with various matters around the monastery. Some of these requests are Tasks, missable quests exclusive to the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. One of the tasks that players can acquire is The Last Wish. It requires players to find an old monk named Constantine and either convince him to return to the infirmary or deliver his last message. In this guide, we will tell you where to find Constantine in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Find Constantine – The Last Wish Task

The Last Wish is one of the tasks that players can initiate during their adventure at Sedletz Monastery. Players can initiate the Last Wish task by speaking with Monk Athanasius on the top floor of the monastery. Monk Athansius will ask Henry to find Constantine, an old Monk.

NOTE: The Last Wish task can also be triggered by finding and speaking with Constantine.

When you start this task, you’ll need to talk to a Herbalist to find out where Constantine is.

Speak with the Herbalist

The herbalist can be found wandering the woodland gardens, which are southeast of the infirmary. He’s an NPC dressed in white and black. Talk to him and ask about Constantine. He won’t immediately tell you where Constantine is; you’ll need to succeed at a difficult speech skill check to get him to reveal the information. If your speech skills are high, this shouldn’t be a problem. Once you convince him, the herbalist will tell you that Constantine is in the gardens and wants to spend his final moments there.

Find out what happened to Constantine

Constantine is located on the northeast side of the gardens. To find him, follow the path and go through the doorway you’ll see there. You’ll find Constantine sitting on a bench. When you talk to him, he’ll ask you to reassure Athanasius that everything is alright.

Deliver Constantine’s Message or Convince Constantine

Okay, so here’s the deal: I’ve got a choice to make. I can either pass on a message from Constantine to Athanasius, or try to get Athanasius back to the infirmary. Honestly, delivering the message seems way easier – I just need to head back to the infirmary and talk to him, and that’s it! It’ll finish the quest, which is great.

Okay, so there’s this one way to finish the quest, but it’s tough. You basically have to be really good at persuasion – like, roll a high number on a speech check. If I managed to convince that herbalist earlier, this should be a piece of cake. If I nail the check, Constantine will finally agree to go back to the infirmary, and the quest is done!
