The series follows Vince as he embarks on a tumultuous quest for inner peace following a devastating loss. Yet, his path is fraught with echoes of his tormented past, hinted at in the images shared by Netflix which depict Staples with a shaggy beard, concealed in a store, and seated alone at a long table.
As an excited fan, I’m thrilled to share that the upcoming season two will comprise a grand total of six episodes! Notably, Vanessa Bell Calloway and Naté Jones have been added as recurring guest stars. I can hardly wait for their performances! Additionally, the talented artist/actor will take on the role of executive producer, joining Kenya Barris, Corey Smyth, William Stefan Smith, Andrea Sperling, and Leonard Chang in this esteemed position. This promises to be an unforgettable season!
In an interview with TopMob, Staples explained that during the initial run of the show, there were numerous comical aspects and many interpretations of what constitutes humor. His aim was simply to narrate tales. The series combines humor, sadness, drama, romance, and a myriad of other elements. It’s just a matter of finding these dimensions within it.
