The thirteen-year-old artist Andres Valencia from San Diego has teamed up with Mourlot Editions, the renowned Parisian print house established in 1852 which previously created lithographs for artists like Picasso, Matisse, Chagall, and Miro. Regarded as one of the most esteemed studios in fine art printing’s history, Mourlot seldom collaborates with contemporary artists, making this partnership a significant milestone for Valencia’s budding career.

This collection features three prints: “Woman”, “Samurai”, and “Commander”, each spanning 22 inches by 28 inches. These pieces are crafted using the age-old techniques of Mourlot, a legacy passed down through generations of expert printers. Unsigned, open editions can be purchased for $250 USD, while limited signed editions retail at $1,250 USD on Mourlot Editions’ official site.
