To open the blue windmill in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, you must finish a task assigned by Isaac, the man who will progressively fix all the windmills for you. He informs you that he has misplaced one of his items and won’t be able to repair the windmill until he finds it again. The item is hidden somewhere within the Bazaar, which may seem small but can be hard to spot if you don’t know what to look for.

Isaac’s lost item location – SoS: Grand Bazaar

As a gamer, I’d navigate through the bustling Bazaar until I reach its southwest corner, where I’ll spot a bench nestled nearby. There, I’ll find a distinctive tile shining brightly with tiny, twinkling white stars – that’s my target! Upon locating it, simply pick up this unique item, and Isaac will approach me to receive the treasure. Unlike other quest items, this one doesn’t go into my inventory; instead, once I have it, all I need to do is chat with good old Isaac, and we’re done!

Following this, you’ll have access to a fully functional blue windmill. This upgrade will grant you privileges such as using Gold-rank tools and learning the skill to produce Honey in SoS: Grand Bazaar.
