Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar – How to get Silver

Obtaining sufficient copper for upgrading all your tools in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar isn’t overly challenging. There’s an ample supply within the town and surrounding mountains, so you should be able to achieve this quite early during Spring. However, advancing to silver-tier upgrades can be more challenging as Spring provides limited silver nodes, and they may not always yield silver ore.

Here’s a suggestion for paraphrasing in natural and easy-to-read language: “We’ll guide you through the top methods for acquiring silver, enabling you to enhance all your tools to unprecedented levels.

How to get Silver in SoS: Grand Bazaar

There are two main ways to get silver.

One method that’s often trusted is digging up the nearby mineral nodes in town. These nodes containing silver will appear as specks on the surrounding rocks, but it’s not guaranteed that they’ll yield silver ore every time. Instead, they may occasionally produce iron, copper, or silver ore, with silver being the least common among these three possible outcomes.

Each day, the nodes appear at fixed positions, but their locations shift with the changing seasons. For details on the spring locations of the silver nodes and instructions on how to access them, please refer to the list provided below.

As a passionate player, I found that the second approach involves ascending to the third Bazaar Rank and fulfilling Lloyd’s task, which will grant me access to his precious ore stall. It’s there where I can acquire silver ore, but be prepared to shell out over 1,000g per piece of ore – it’s a bit on the pricey side!

Spring Silver node locations – SoS: Grand Bazaar

In Spring, there are three spots that spawn silver nodes.

In the northeastern corner of the mountain range, you’ll come across three spots that refresh daily, if you climb up the landscape towards that area.

The second location is situated right before the mountain’s entrance, tucked behind a yellow windmill. Unfortunately, it isn’t accessible daily. To cross the river, you can either purchase the Double Jump boost from Felix in the Bazaar or utilize your Glider on a windy day. Whichever method you choose, there will be two spots marked for you over there.

The last location is situated on the eastern part of the town. When you get to the lake near the log cabin, leap over the small sections of land and utilize the barrel as a trampoline to jump up. If it’s particularly windy, navigate east towards the overhang where the sprites dwell and descend. If the weather is calm, soar north straight onto the platform with the two silver orbs.
