In Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, as you interact more with the townsfolk, they’ll ask you to accomplish tasks to build your relationship with them. One such resident is Maple, the cheerful maid working at the hotel. Her initial task for deepening our relationship involves collecting 10 flowers so she can create a bouquet. While the quest suggests any flower will do, it’s important to note that not just any flower will suffice.

How to complete Flowering Beauty – SoS: Grand Bazaar

If you’ve given Maple a lot of wildflowers but the game shows you haven’t given any, remember that wildflowers are what count for this mission. To complete it, you must cultivate 10 flowers from scratch and hand them over to Maple. You can buy in-season flower seeds from Miguel’s shop, or visit his Bazaar stall on Saturdays for a larger variety.

Regardless of your choice, nurture the plants, watch them flourish, gather the fruits or vegetables when ready, and then converse with Maple. Make sure not to speak to her while holding the produce; if you do, it will be perceived as a gift instead of submission for the quest.

Upon finishing the mission, you’ll gain access to additional affections to strengthen your connection with Maple, one of the romance-capable characters in Grand Bazaar, and in return, you’ll receive some Tea Leaf seeds as a reward for your efforts.
