Stone Island Marina x Better Gift Shop Connect on Collaborative Colorway and Pop-Up

Avi Gold, who runs the Better Gift Shop in Toronto, has long cherished the idea of working with Stone Island Marina. As a dedicated fan of Stone Island, this collaboration represents a significant milestone for him, marking a truly fulfilling “full circle moment” in his career.

In their initial collaboration, Better Gift Shop and Stone Island Marina have reimagined the classic Aluminium Tela_Stone Island Marina hooded jacket by dyeing it in Better Gift Shop’s distinctive “Better Blue” shade.

The jacket, uniquely sold only at Better Gift Shop, is skillfully made using 50% pure cotton poplin, sandwiched between aluminum foil and an additional layer of the same poplin for reinforcement. Lastly, it’s treated with a unique anti-spill coating for added protection.

Arco Maher, who’s been friends with Better Gift Shop for quite some time and also serves as an archivist for Stone Island, helps Gold with their project. He carefully curates a unique assortment of Stone Island items, which are then showcased at Better Gift Shop.
