K-pop megastar HOSHI is getting into fashion design.
17 member of the boyband SEVENTEEN has collaborated with Diesel, where he serves as an ambassador, to produce a 14-piece collection inspired by his personal daily style. Under the guidance of creative director Glenn Martens, this line features trendy streetwear pieces such as large denim hoodies, illusion chainlink charm shirts, distinctive baseball caps, and numerous accessorized bags brimming with jewelry.
In this assortment, a tiger head trinket symbolizes HOSHI, whose Korean name translates to “Tiger’s Gaze.” This signifies the captivating resemblance of his eyes to those of a tiger while he dances, as depicted by the brand. The tiger charm and accessories shaped like the Oval D logo, the 1DR bag, and Diesel’s “For Successful Living” motto adorn two fresh iterations of the Charm-D bag. Furthermore, the collection encompasses a stainless-steel necklace charm and key fob as well.

2024 rolled around, and I was thrilled to join the Diesel family as their ambassador for the APAC region in July. With a fresh new look for their Shibuya store and a third shop popping up in Seoul, it’s clear that Diesel is putting emphasis on their menswear.
