While promoting the new movie Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, Samara Weaving revealed she is expecting a baby. She shared photos on Instagram from the press event, showcasing her baby bump in a red dress.

She captioned her post with a playful message, saying she’d been talking nonsense and referencing the children’s game ‘Ready or Not.’ The post immediately gained attention, with fans responding to both her pregnancy announcement and her plans to reprise her role as Grace.

This new movie picks up where the first one left off, following Grace as she deals with an even more dangerous situation. It turns out the life-or-death game isn’t just about her family anymore – it’s spread to others.

In this new movie, Grace is reunited with her sister Faith, who is portrayed by Kathryn Newton. The film also stars Sarah Michelle Gellar, Elijah Wood, and David Cronenberg. Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett return as directors.

Besides this current project, Samara has been acting in a number of films, including Azrael and Borderline – the latter directed by her husband, Jimmy Warden. She first started her career on the TV show Home and Away, and has since gone on to appear in big movies like Babylon and Scream VI.

The horror sequel, Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, will be released on March 20th and is anticipated to be a major hit this spring.
