From the Director of Black Panther and Creed
Ryan Coogler, the filmmaker behind acclaimed movies like Black Panther, directs and wrote Sinners. The film brings him back together with Michael B. Jordan, who plays two brothers, Smoke and Stack. The story follows the twins as they return to their hometown of Clarksdale, Mississippi, to start a music venue. But when they do, a dark force appears, putting everything their community holds dear at risk.
“You keep dancing with the devil,” the trailer warns. “One day he’s gonna follow you home.”
The movie stars Jordan, Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Jayme Lawson, Omar Miller, and Delroy Lindo.

Coogler’s Team Reunited
Director Ryan Coogler reunited with key members of his Black Panther crew for this film, including cinematographer Autumn Durald Arkapaw, production designer Hannah Beachler, editor Michael P. Shawver, composer Ludwig Göransson, and costume designer Ruth E. Carter. Their combined talents helped create the film’s detailed and immersive historical setting.
The film was produced by Zinzi Coogler, Sev Ohanian, and Ryan Coogler, and comes from Ryan Coogler’s production company, Proximity Media. Warner Bros. Pictures is handling distribution around the world.
The Perfect Movie for Halloween
Set in the atmospheric South, with a mesmerizing soundtrack and stunning visuals filmed in IMAX 70mm, Sinners is poised to deliver a truly unique Halloween fright.
