Summary
- Angel Reese and Reebok have just offered an initial look at the WNBA’s first signature shoe
- The Reebok Angel Reese 1 features a sculpted upper that shines here in “Diamond Dust”
- Initially announced as a 2026 launch last year, an updated release window has not yet been provided
In her second season in the WNBA, Angel Reese has been hard to ignore. Now a two-time All-Star, she’s also been selected as the cover athlete for the NBA 2K26 WNBA Edition. Another significant announcement today includes the reveal of her first signature shoe with Reebok, known as the Reebok Angel Reese 1.
It’s not surprising to see Reese with a shoe, given their confirmation last year, but the unexpected part is its early unveiling in mid-2025 (originally planned for 2026). The first glimpse we get shows the pair adorned in an iridescent “Diamond Dust,” covering its sculpted design. Notably, Reese’s signature logo appears on the tongue of the shoe.
Currently, neither Angel Reese nor Reebok Basketball have officially announced the release date for the Angel Reese 1 shoe. Initially, they had planned to release it in 2026, but there’s a chance that this timeline may have shifted since then. Keep an eye out for updates as we anticipate the sneaker to hit stores through Reebok and various retailers soon, with details on its unique “Diamond Dust” colorway to follow.
