In an official declaration, Prince Harry expressed deep sorrow upon witnessing the challenging circumstances faced by children living near landmines in Angola.

The father of two expressed deep sadness, saying, ‘It’s heart-wrenching as a parent of young ones to witness innocence thriving so close to areas filled with landmines.’

During that time, Harry made his initial trip to the perilous area since the year 2013. Earlier, Princess Diana had ventured into the mine-ridden region. The late Princess of Wales last visited Angola back in 1997.

Later in the same year, she sadly passed away. To honor his mother’s legacy, Prince Harry continues to offer aid and nurturing care to children residing near minefields.
