As a dedicated follower of Hypergryph’s work, I’m thrilled to share the exciting news that their upcoming game, Arknights: Endfield, is expected to hit the shelves in early 2026! However, just like any fan, I’m also keeping my fingers crossed that Apple will indeed hold true to this promising release window.
In the publicity materials for the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, Endfield was featured. A footnote in the formal press release specified that “Arknights: Endfield” would be released in early 2026.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the open-world gacha title that seamlessly integrates automation gameplay features. It’s impressive how well this game showcases the capabilities of the A19 Pro chip, powering the latest devices.
Apple announced that with the integration of its own vapor chamber, the A19 Pro chipset significantly enhances the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. This upgrade promises up to a 40% improvement in sustained performance over the previous models, making it particularly suitable for gaming, video editing, and running extensive local language models.
Apple further boasts that A19 Pro houses the quickest CPU ever found in a smartphone, accompanied by a 6-core GPU architecture. Each GPU core is equipped with Neural Accelerators, alongside an enhanced cache and increased memory compared to A18 Pro. The GPU collaborates with the new 16-core Neural Engine to speed up AI models, provide superior graphics, and facilitate popular AAA games like Arknights: Endfield. This collaboration results in hardware-accelerated ray tracing and higher frame rates.
Endfield’s inclusion also provided another look at the game’s interface on mobile devices.
The iPhone Air’s webpage notes that Arknights: Endfield will be available on iOS devices, but it doesn’t provide a specific release date. For the most up-to-date information about the game’s launch, you should check the developer’s official website.
Fans of Arknights have been growing restless due to the absence of news concerning a release date for Endfield this year, and the developers are fully aware of their concerns. Despite Hypergryph remaining silent on the matter, the confusing information from Apple offers some temporary relief to the community.
