Following the shocking news of Rich Homie Quan’s passing, fresh insights have emerged from the recent incident report issued by the Atlanta Police Department this week.
Based on what Andre Munford, Quan’s brother, shared with the police, he woke up at 3:00 a.m. and found Quan unconscious on the kitchen floor with food in his mouth. Believing he was just sleeping, Munford then moved him to a sofa.
Moreover, Amber Williams, Quan’s partner, informed the authorities that she arose at 6:45 a.m. to drive her children to school and noticed Quan still on the couch. She returned home later, dozed off, and observed him there again when she woke up approximately four hours later. Tragically, Quan was transported to Atlanta’s Grady Hospital where he passed away on September 5, at the age of 34.
According to Fox 5 Atlanta, an autopsy was conducted a day following Quan’s demise, and the Fulton County Medical Examiner is yet to receive test results before making a formal pronouncement on the cause of death.
On Monday, Quan’s father, Corey Lamar, discussed the unfortunate incident during his call-in to the Streetz Morning Takeover Radio show. He mentioned that the funeral will be accessible to everyone, although he didn’t specify the date yet. However, the family has released a statement regarding this matter.
