Netflix is now shooting the fourth season of its hit series, Monster, in Los Angeles, the company announced.
The next season, titled ‘Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story,’ will tell the story of the famous historical figure, Lizzie Borden.
I’ve always been fascinated by the story of Lizzie Borden. She stood trial for the axe murders of her father and stepmother back in 1892, and even though she was found not guilty, the case turned her into a truly infamous figure in American history. It’s a story that still captures people’s imaginations, and I find myself revisiting it often.
Netflix has released a first look at its upcoming series, featuring stars Charlie Hunnam and Ella Beatty. The show, the fourth installment of Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan’s *MONSTER*, will focus on the infamous Lizzie Borden, with Ella Beatty taking on the role. Currently filming in Los Angeles, the series also stars Vicky Krieps, Rebecca Hall, Billie Lourd, and Jessica Barden. The post highlighted that viewers familiar with the story of Ed Gein will now be introduced to Borden’s tale.
