‘My Hero Academia: Vigilantes’ Season 2 Trailer Released

A new trailer is out for season two of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, offering fans a sneak peek at the episodes coming in 2026.

This series takes place before the events of My Hero Academia and follows a team of heroes who don’t have official licenses as they work to help people.

The anime Vigilantes centers around Koichi Haimawari, a young man who uses his special ability, or ‘Quirk,’ to assist people, even though he isn’t a registered hero.

Koichi and a street performer named Kazuho Haneyama are rescued from a dangerous gang by Knuckleduster, a seasoned vigilante. He then asks them to join him and become heroes. This story happens five years before the start of My Hero Academia.

The second promotional video for “Vigilantes” is now available! The opening theme song is “CATCH!!!” by Surii, and the ending theme is “Miss You” by Shitoop. The anime will premiere on January 5th, 2026, at 10:00 PM (Japan Standard Time), with streaming available shortly after broadcast. #MHAvigilantes #MyHeroAcademia #MHA
