Miley Cyrus has unveiled the 13-track lineup for her upcoming album “Something Beautiful”. Set to be released at the end of this month through Columbia Records, the multiple Grammy Award-winning artist has also announced collaborations with Naomi Campbell and Brittany Howard from Alabama Shakes.
Miley Cyrus recently shared a brief 23-second clip from the short film accompanying her upcoming album, which she titled the same as the album. In the caption, she expressed that all thirteen songs hold a special place in her heart. The video features a snippet of the song “Easy Lover,” with Cyrus’s voice singing, “It’s difficult to touch another / Anything goes when we’re under covers / But you’re not an easy lover.” This short film will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 6 and expand to cinemas nationwide on June 12. The album is co-executive produced by Cyrus and Shawn Everett.
According to the project summary, the short film will be helmed by Cyrus along with Jacob Bixenman and Brendan Walter. This production is promised to offer a distinctive visual journey complete with 13 new songs from an upcoming album, which is a rare pop opera conceptualized by Miley Cyrus herself. The album is set for release on May 30th.
