In October, it was revealed that Magic: The Gathering would be teaming up with the Final Fantasy franchise by Square Enix. Now, Wizards of the Coast have shared sneak peeks of the cards for this exciting collaboration.
Characters cherished from various 16 “Final Fantasy” titles receive a fresh perspective blending with the world of “Magic: The Gathering”. An upcoming card collection will showcase familiar artworks from the games, plus unique and exclusive designs by “Magic” artists. Alongside popular figures like Cloud, Sephiroth, and Emet-Selch, the deck includes narratives, pivotal scenes, over 100 legendary beings, and more.
1) The cards will be offered in different packs such as Play Booster Box, Collector Booster Box, Starter Kit, Pre-Release Pack, and regular and special edition bundles. Additionally, four distinct titles have been provided with their own Commander decks: Revival Trance, Limit Break, Counter Blitz, and Scions & Spellcraft.
