Lotus recently revealed the Emira Clark Edition, a unique homage to the renowned motorsport figure Jim Clark, with only 60 units available in selected international locations. This special model was first presented at the 2025 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, symbolizing the 60th anniversary of Clark’s remarkable 1965 season – a year he triumphed in both the Formula 1 World Championship and the Indianapolis 500.

In partnership with the Jim Clark Trust, the Emira Clark Edition has been designed, taking its cues from the legendary Lotus Type 38. It boasts a unique Clark Racing Green custom paint job, black roof, silver side mirrors, and a striking yellow racing stripe wrapping around the front. Yellow exhaust pipes, a blue-anodized fuel cap, and hand-painted pinstripes add exterior flair, while Clark Edition markings honor his enduring legacy.

Inside, the driver’s area boasts a red leather and Alcantara upholstery, which stands out against a black-edged passenger seat, echoing the asymmetrical racing interiors popular in the ’60s. A wooden gear knob, Jim Clark badge adorned with tartan details, and carbon fiber door sills add finishing touches to this cabin inspired by motorsports.

The car is based on the Emira V6 platform and boasts a 3.5L supercharged V6 engine that generates 400 horsepower. It comes equipped with a six-speed manual transmission, a limited-slip differential, sports suspension, and hydraulic steering thanks to Lotus’ Driver’s Pack. Priced at approximately £115,000 GBP in the UK (about €140,000 EUR in Germany), the Emira Clark Edition is a tribute to Lotus’ rich history and one of racing’s legendary figures.
