LEGO Reveals 1,180-Piece Nike Dunk Set

This dynamic duo has been preparing for this for quite some time now, as they announced a major multi-year partnership last August with plans for co-branded goods, content, and events. After a while of keeping everyone on tenterhooks, the results of their collaboration are becoming reality. Alongside Nike’s first LEGO-themed shoe (for more information here), the two brands have revealed their initial LEGO set – a 1,180-piece Nike Dunk kit.

This constructible set showcases a miniature Nike Dunk figure, a moveable brick basketball playset, and a retractable “Dunk” logo. Of interest, the Nike Dunk replica incorporates concealed storage spaces for “championship rings or other necessary items,” along with additional laces to facilitate swapping colors.

Drawing inspiration from a legendary sneaker that made its debut more than four decades ago, this collection honors the spirit of sneaker culture and the inventiveness of LEGO. It merges the realms of construction and basketball, creating a unique blend where bricks meet the court.

In addition to the constructible Nike Dunk, this set includes a miniature figure of a basketball player called B’Ball Head, dressed in a “Nike 72” jersey and a tiny version of the highlighted shoe.
