LEGO OCARINA OF TIME Set Hits Us Right in the N64 Heart

LEGO has always been popular with kids of all ages. They’ve always excelled at creating classic toys like spaceships, cars, and pirate ships. However, LEGO really hit its stride when they started making sets based on popular movies and TV shows. Recently, they’ve had great success with Nintendo’s Super Mario Bros., and fans who grew up with older Nintendo consoles are finally getting some love too. We’ve already seen a LEGO set based on the Deku Tree from The Legend of Zelda, and now it looks like another Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time set is on the way!

The LEGO Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time – The Final Battle set recreates the epic final showdown from the beloved fifth game in the fantasy series. It includes minifigures of Link, Zelda, Ganondorf, and even tiny Navi. It’s a bit disappointing it doesn’t include Navi’s familiar sound effects, though! The set features a ruined castle, but the real highlight is the impressively detailed, buildable Ganon beast – its horns and swords look fantastic.
