Lara Croft and Duke Nukem are coming to World of Tanks

We’re currently experiencing a boom in video game crossovers, with titles beyond Fortnite and Call of Duty also seeking collaborations with renowned figures. Wargaming has been quick to recognize the potential of collaborations, securing some exciting partnerships for its games. For instance, Azur Lane joined forces with World of Warships, while Sabaton, Girls und Panzer found their way into World of Tanks. Now, the widely-played vehicle combat game is set to introduce two legendary video game characters: Lara Croft and Duke Nukem.

Between July 11th and 21st, 2025, I’m thrilled to be part of a unique, time-limited event! This special occasion will offer missions tailored for Lara and Duke, with an impressive 30 missions for Lara and 40 for Duke. Completing these missions grants exclusive rewards linked to both characters, including having them as teammates and driving their iconic vehicles.

Wargaming has brought in Keeley Hawes and Jon St. John to voice the duo, so you’ll recognize familiar voices as you conquer challenges and enjoy some bubblegum-chewing action!

Completing Lara Croft’s missions grants you a Tier VIII U.S. tank, known as the IMT. This medium-sized tank mirrors Croft’s combat style with its streamlined design, swift speed, and precise shooting. It also includes equipment beloved by treasure hunters, like a winch, a harpoon, and an abundance of ropes.

Wargaming has selected TS-6, a U.S. Tier IX heavy assault tank for Duke Nukem. When this fellow runs out of bubblegum, watch out! That’s because the TS-6 is a tough symbol of what follows. It wreaks havoc wherever it aims its cannon. To top it off, it boasts a nuclear reactor and advanced weaponry such as laser machine guns and grenade launchers.

On July 11th, I’m thrilled to say that it’s not just one major video game crossover event happening! My beloved Honkai: Star Rail is set to welcome Fate UBW on the same day. Can’t wait to see these worlds collide!
