Last night, they infused those lively spirits into New York City’s Elysée for a dinner party that marked the start of the Courvoisier Dînatoire series. The evening got underway with Tran proposing a toast, explaining that Courvoisier has always been an essential part of her pre-celebration rituals – “A dining affair is all about savoring the moment, and for me, Courvoisier holds legendary status – everyone’s familiar with the tune…’Pass the Courvoisier!'”.
