Josh Horowitz may have just added more fuel to the growing SnyderVerse speculation.
So, Bill Horowitz just hinted on Facebook that something cool is coming to his Happy Sad Confused podcast soon – and get this, he tagged Zack Snyder! It’s been ten years since… something, and it sounds like they’re finally going to talk about it. As a movie fan, I’m already buzzing with anticipation – Snyder on that podcast is huge!
The announcement was particularly noteworthy for two reasons: it coincides with the 10-year anniversary of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice on March 25, 2026, and comes right after Paramount successfully bid to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery.

Batman v Superman Turns 10
Released on March 25, 2016, Batman v Superman is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this month. The film earned over $1.18 billion worldwide and attracted a huge international audience.
Horowitz has hinted that his podcast, Happy Sad Confused, will likely feature something related to an upcoming anniversary.
I’m really hoping Zack Snyder will do an interview soon to talk about the movie and what it all means, but honestly, I’m also wondering if there’s something bigger coming. It feels like there could be more than just a simple reflection.

March Has Been a Focus for Snyder
This echoes a recent post by Snyder on Instagram, where he noted March is a significant month for him – it’s his birthday, but also when many of his films were released, including 300, Dawn of the Dead, Watchmen, Sucker Punch, and Batman v Superman.
March is a particularly meaningful month for Snyder, both personally and in his career. Interestingly, the tenth anniversary of Batman v Superman falls right as Warner Bros. Discovery is undergoing a sale.

Justice League Rebirth Tease?
Snyder recently shared a picture of Henry Cavill as Superman with a quote from Joseph Campbell’s book, The Hero with a Thousand Faces. This quote is often linked to themes of change and new beginnings, ideas central to the classic ‘Hero’s Journey’ story structure.
Many fans interpreted that post as a possible tease of a Justice League continuation or revival.
Horowitz has suggested something exciting is coming related to the tenth anniversary of Batman v Superman, leading many to believe Snyder might share more than just memories during his podcast interview. It could be a simple look back at the film, or it could be a major announcement.
James Gunn was originally asked to restart the DC Universe with less expensive actors after David Zaslav, the CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, cancelled plans for Henry Cavill to reprise his role as Superman, which had been announced by producer Peter Horowitz. Now, Warner Bros. and DC have been sold to Paramount.

The SnyderVerse revival at Paramount
Reports suggest the ‘SnyderVerse’ is making a comeback at Paramount, potentially with new Justice League films. Zack Snyder apparently has fresh ideas for how to continue the story.
The actors Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, and Jason Momoa are confirmed to reprise their roles as Superman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman, respectively. It’s uncertain if Ezra Miller will return as The Flash, but many are hoping Ben Affleck will be back as Batman.
