Recent filings from November 3rd show Zayn is a key figure with significant control over the company. He was previously a director, but left that role in 2016, following his departure from the band in 2015 to focus on his solo music career.
Zayn has joined Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan as a director of the company. All four share the same business address: the London law firm Lee and Thompson LLP, which specializes in music and media law. This firm also handles Liam Payne’s individual career.
According to a source close to the band, the recent passing of Liam has unexpectedly brought the group back together, despite the sadness of the situation. It’s particularly poignant because Liam was a strong advocate for a reunion. They originally formed a company, PPM, when they first appeared on the show, and have been in touch with each other since Liam died.
