Starting from Genshin Impact’s version 5.8, which is set to launch on July 30, 2025, players will find it more convenient to utilize the time skip feature during quests with specific daytime prerequisites. Presently, players have to navigate to the main menu and employ the clock function from there. Post the update, you’ll be able to access this feature directly by clicking on the “Navigate to Quest” button located below the mission objective display on the left side of the screen. Additionally, a shortcut will also be available for quicker access.
Furthermore, within dialogue sequences, players will have the flexibility to modify audio settings and volume levels on-the-fly. Additionally, character symbols will be added to all the regions on the map where local specialties are gathered, aiding in the identification and navigation of specific resources.
In the upcoming release, you can continuously use Oculus Resonance Stones to identify extra Oculi, and artifacts with exceptional attributes tailored to your character will exhibit a distinctive visual cue on your character’s display as a way of offering feedback.
In versions 5.7 and onwards, each character includes demonstration videos within the game, accessible via their Talent overviews. This feature is especially beneficial for those who find the ability descriptions too complex.
We’ll see all of these adjustments in action during the Genshin Impact 5.8 livestream.
