In summary for the July 15 episode at General Hospital, Tracy confronted Nina forcefully, and Marco’s scheme to escape fell apart. On another note, Willow discovers that her custody hearing has been postponed, leading to fresh conflicts within Port Charles.
Tracy blackmails Nina over Measure C
At the Quartermaine manor, Tracy summoned Nina for a chat over tea and presented an offer. Her idea was for Nina to leverage her media power to sway the decision on Measure C, thereby compelling Sonny to leave town. Pretending she required a strong motivation to comply, Nina proposed that Tracy work on getting Michael to allow Willow visitation rights to her children as a condition.
When Nina found herself at a standstill, Tracy hinted at revealing Nina’s past indiscretion with Drew. Facing no other options, Nina relented, yet whispered menacingly that Tracy had chosen the wrong individual to provoke.
Willow confronts Michael over visitation
At GH, there was a disagreement between Willow and Michael after he disclosed that her behavior at the pool postponed the custody hearing until October. This news annoyed Willow, leading her to direct her frustration towards Sasha for failing to support her.
In due course, upon Daisy’s examination visit, Willow surreptitiously listened to discussions about a global journey, which made her apprehensive as she feared Michael could take their children out of the country. However, Michael swiftly refuted such plans and later shared a tender moment with Sasha and Daisy.
Nina remained at the hospital to visit Sasha and Daisy, allowing Sasha an opportunity to bid farewell. To Nina’s astonishment, she discovered that Sasha intended to depart with Daisy for safety reasons. Meanwhile, over at the mansion, Michael informed Tracy about Sasha’s departure plans, causing her to be deeply troubled by the thought of him losing his daughter.
Marco’s escape fails
In another location, Jason posted a sentinel to keep a close eye on Marco and cautioned him against making any mistakes. However, Marco deceived the guard into opening the door by feigning a diabetes emergency. He then struck the guard with a chair and attempted to flee, but was apprehended once more and restrained.
In the house of worship, I implored Sidwell to halt the backing of Measure C and cease his public assaults if he wished for Marco’s secure return. I grilled Jason for explanations but found none. Sonny dismissed my warnings, leaving me with no choice but to pressure Sidwell to clean up the mess on his own.
In the end, Drew conversed with Carly, yet couldn’t make any progress with her. Later on, he ran into Willow at the hospital and vowed to quickly remove the children from Michael’s grasp. It was evident that Drew is prepared for a confrontation.
