Sports Interactive has revealed that Football Manager 26 will come out on November 4, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, iOS, and Android. Players on PC and Xbox will be able to access the game immediately through Game Pass, and the mobile version will be available exclusively on Netflix. A version for Nintendo Switch is scheduled to be released on December 4, 2025.
Players who pre-order the game on PC will get to start playing two weeks early with Advanced Access.
After the cancellation of FM25 due to repeated delays, FM26 will be the first new version of the game released since December 2023’s FM24. This is a longer break between releases than is typical for sports games.
Even though the game’s engine is being updated, Football Manager 2026 (FM26) will let you continue playing existing career saves from FM23 and FM24 on both computers and consoles. For the first time, the mobile version will also support loading older saves, but only those from Football Manager 2024.
Along with the news, we got a preview of the new look for Football Manager 2026. The user interface has been redesigned to be clearer, easier to navigate, and less cluttered, giving you a better overview of all the key information.
