Under the banner “A Summer Unique to You,” the initiative empowers groups to express their unique perspectives on summer by emphasizing the core idea of inspiring individuals to celebrate their individuality, cultural background, and social connections through self-expression.
The groups responsible for the campaign not only have a genuine impact in the realms of fashion, music, and sports that Foot Locker is involved with, but they’ve also disrupted their individual sectors while using their power to foster positivity in their communities. Here are some examples: Lostboys, a versatile collective focusing on creative and street sports based in Nottingham, UK; Akwaaba World, originally a Milan radio station now turned football team showcasing diverse international sounds; Spain’s Winner Circle, who engage their audience through creativity; and Paris’ UNDERCOVER, a gathering spot for the city’s youth. Furthermore, the brand is collaborating with Akeem, Out of Bolo, HellHeaven11, Maison Binario, LA LIGUE, and 164 demonstrating their commitment to community involvement.

This summer, it’s anticipated that high-end running sneakers will make a splash. Four notable models are being highlighted this season by Foot Locker: the sleek New Balance 1000 from 1999, the archival ASICS GEL-KINETIC FLUENT, the bouncy Megaride from adidas, and Nike’s timeless Shox model, all of which are taking center stage in their current campaign.
