Denise Richards has been ordered by a judge to pay her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, $5,000 per month in temporary spousal support as their legal battle continues. Payments will begin on March 5th and continue until the divorce is settled. Phypers claimed financial hardship after his businesses failed late last year. Despite facing felony domestic violence charges, the judge ruled he’s entitled to support to maintain his current lifestyle until the divorce is finalized, with his lawyers arguing the pending charges shouldn’t affect his right to financial assistance.
In addition to the monthly payments, Richards must also pay $30,000 to cover Phypers’ expenses, including $25,000 for his lawyer and $5,000 for a forensic accountant. She will pay this amount in $10,000 installments over the next three months. A source close to Phypers noted the $5,000 monthly support is a small amount compared to Richards’ reported $200,000 monthly earnings from OnlyFans.
Richards appeared calm at the courthouse, but has previously expressed anger over Phypers’ family using a GoFundMe page mentioning her daughter, Eloise, to raise money. She called the attempt to solicit funds using her daughter’s name “outrageous” and “wrong.”
Despite a difficult year marked by legal battles, Denise Richards is staying busy with her career. She’s currently appearing on the latest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and previously starred in the reality show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, which followed her life as a mother to her three daughters. She also recently appeared in the action movie Angels Fallen: Warriors of Peace and is working on the upcoming drama A Walking Miracle.
Richards has publicly shared that she’s starting to feel more like herself again after a year of challenges and betrayal. Meanwhile, her ex-husband is continuing to pursue legal action, claiming he deserves half of her earnings from her OnlyFans account – a claim she strongly denies.
As the divorce progresses, Richards is focused on her children and moving forward from the difficulties of the past year.
