Cordae reveals the tracklist to his star-studded album ‘The Crossroads’

As a long-time fan who’s been following Cordae’s journey since his debut album “The Lost Boy,” I can confidently say that this young man is destined for greatness. His upcoming third album, “The Crossroads,” with its star-studded lineup and powerful tracks, promises to be a game-changer in the hip-hop scene.

In a few short days, Cordae’s third album titled “The Crossroads” will be available for listening. The release date is set for this coming Friday, November 15. He has also unveiled both the tracklist and the cover of the album recently.

The album, comprising 16 tracks in total, showcases a variety of well-known hip hop artists. Lil Wayne features on two songs, specifically “Back on the Road” and “Saturday Mornings.” Other notable artists appearing are Kanye West, Anderson .Paak, Juicy J, Ty Dolla $ign, Jordan Ward, Raven Lenae, and Joey Bada$$.

Actually, Cordae and Joey have indeed dropped a track together. The tune is titled “Syrup Sandwiches,” and they both showcase impressive lyrical prowess in it.

“I don’t care about you guys, you can’t mess with me / You’re just my servants, those young ones escalating the competition / They’re as persistent as the streets, the hustle is within me / It’s said that you must conquer the neighborhood until your knuckles bleed / That means a person has to rap until their pen runs out of ink / Your team is weak, like Justin Timberlake, you’ve lost your rhythm.

I’ve also dropped two bangers, “Mad as Hell” and “Saturday Mornings,” which have been getting some serious love from the gaming community.

27-year-old’s most recent album, “From a Birds Eye View”, came out in 2022 and reached the 13th position on Billboard’s 200 chart. His initial album, the one that made him well-known in hip-hop, is called “The Lost Boy” and was released in 2019.

In a different topic, rap artist Cordae and tennis champion Naomi Osaka recently became parents to their first child, a daughter named Shai. Last year, Cordae discussed his new role as a father during an appearance on LeBron James’ HBO show, expressing gratitude for being financially secure before the arrival of his child.

After the debut of “The Crossroads“, it’s likely that Cordae stands to earn significantly more as he’s expected to embark on a widespread tour.
