Fans of Liam Payne are moved as “Building the Band” is now streaming on Netflix. In this last production, the late artist assumes the role of a guide, assisting Liam in forming a new band.
The Strip That Down crooner stars alongside Nicole Scherzinger in the Netflix show.
A short while after the initial episodes of the series debuted on the streaming service, Scherzinger expressed a touching homage to Payne, who sadly passed away in October 2024 at the young age of 31.

On The Seth Meyers Show, Nicole Scherzinger commended Liam Payne and shared her enjoyment of collaborating with the One Direction bandmate.
The singer mentioned that the Netflix series was dedicated to Liam, expressing pride in his performance and their shared enjoyment during filming. She also highlighted his wonderful personality and kindness.
If Payne had not given permission from his family after his death, Scherzinger stated that they would not have proceeded with airing the reality show anymore.
During the filming, The Buttons singer mentioned that Liam’s family played an active role, and they are incredibly proud of him. They can’t wait for everyone to witness Liam in his shining glory.
In a tragic turn of events, Liam Payne met his end after a fall from the balcony of his third-floor hotel room. At the time, he was in Buenos Aires and “The Night Changes” singer’s life came to an untimely close there.
