Bugatti Home Opens Its First Atelier in Milan During Design Week

Bugatti Home has officially unveiled its first permanent design studio in Milan, which is located within the esteemed Palazzo Gallarati Scotti during Milan’s famous Design Week. This captivating space showcases Bugatti’s unique design philosophy by combining luxury, artisanship, and innovation.

The latest workshop offers a Configuration Room, enabling customers to experiment with various materials and styles to design customized living spaces. This is similar to the tailored experience provided by Bugatti’s high-performance sports cars, encouraging guests to create interiors that reflect both artistic finesse and superior quality.

Simultaneously introduced in the same space is the latest Capsule Collection from Bugatti Home. Notable pieces within this collection are the TYPE_18 dining chair, characterized by its sculptural design, and the aerodynamic TYPE_17 armchair, both featuring daring aluminum frameworks that pay tribute to Bugatti’s automotive legacy. The TYPE_19 bed is designed to mimic ocean waves with a floating headboard, while the TYPE_20 barstool seeks to harmonize technical skill with elegance.

Enhancing the collection are various accessories. Notable among them are Murano-glass blue vases, luxurious cashmere throws featuring 3D-quilted textures, innovative 3D-printed trays resembling porcelain, enamel-coated copper glasses, and a backgammon set made of leather and wood – all created in Italy with an emphasis on utilizing advanced materials and preserving traditional craftsmanship.

In simpler terms, “Wiebke Ståhl, Managing Director of Bugatti International, stated that the latest Bugatti Home Atelier is inspired by Milan’s design and fashion heritage, providing a customized experience to its clients.
