This collaboration showcases a timeless navy blazer combined elegantly with single-pleat trousers, designed with a roomy cut and adorned with a SOPHNET. D ring, seamlessly blending the distinct styles of both brands. The material used is breathable and lightweight, making it ideal for the warm, humid summers in Japan as well as New England.
In a fresh new take, crewneck sweaters, oxford button-down shirts, and striped ties have been enhanced with distinct SOPHNET. details such as double tags, handcrafted cuffs, and chrysanthemum-patterned button hole accents. Some items even feature embroidered kiss marks, making them ideal for marking the Valentine’s Day launch of this collaboration.
As per Brooks Brothers, it was the Duke of Windsor who made striped ties popular, with the stripes running diagonally from right to left. However, Brooks Brothers decided to go against this trend and reverse the direction of the stripes to establish their unique fashion heritage, similar to our current collaboration.
