Marvel is re-releasing Avengers: Endgame in movie theaters, letting fans experience the epic battle against Thanos again before the premiere of Avengers: Doomsday.
The Avengers: Endgame re-release begins September 25, 2026.

Endgame’s Massive Box Office Legacy
Released in 2019, Avengers: Endgame was a massive hit, becoming one of the highest-grossing films of all time. It earned an incredible $1.2 billion worldwide during its opening weekend – a record that still stands today.
With domestic earnings of $858 million and a worldwide total of $2.799 billion, Endgame is still the second-highest-grossing movie both in the U.S. and globally.
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, the film concluded the first ten years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It continued the story after Avengers: Infinity War, showing Earth’s heroes coming together again to defeat Thanos.

Why Marvel Is Bringing It Back
Marvel’s announcement sets the stage for the next major team-up movie.
The theatrical run arrives only a few months before Avengers: Doomsday releases on December 18, 2026.
As excitement grows for the next Avengers movies – with talk of several different trailers being released – Marvel is using the re-release of Endgame to build anticipation for what will be their biggest film event in years.
