Initially planned as a series, Paramount later reimagined it into a movie for their streaming service. However, some casual “Star Trek” enthusiasts might be unaware of the mysterious Section 31. Given that the original and “The Next Generation” series didn’t delve into it, you could say it was less prominent. Thankfully, Paramount has provided a brief video to clarify the origins and significance of Section 31 in the expansive “Star Trek” universe, dating back to its initial introduction on “Deep Space Nine.” You can watch this explanatory video right here:
