Like many of us, Acne Studios can’t get enough of Tove Jansson’s Moomins.
Following our first partnership in November 2024, the fashion house plans to reunite with Jansson’s characters for a new, complete Fall/Winter 2025 collection, marking another collaboration between us.
In this iteration, the duo, hailing from Scandinavia, offer a collection of 16 pieces that are gender-neutral. This line encompasses clothing as well as accessories, ranging from jersey, denim, and knitwear, all featuring drawings of the beloved Moomin characters.
In the latest addition to Acne Studio’s “Face” line, you’ll find a wide array of vibrant colors reminiscent of the enchanting world of Moominvalley. Characters like Little My, Snorkmaiden, Stinky, and the Hattifatteners are tastefully incorporated through embroidered patches and graphic prints. These designs grace some of Acne’s iconic pieces, including their 1981 jeans, striped shirts, and sweaters.
The collection is completed with an addition of a timeless pair of lace-up sneakers, adorned with the Acne emblem and enhanced by detachable metal Moomin emblems.
The lineup concludes with a classic pair of laced sneakers, featuring the Acne branding and embellished with removable Moomin metal patches.

On May 28, the complete collaboration between Acne Studios and Moomins will be available for purchase online at Acne’s official website. Three days later, on May 30, this collection will also be accessible in person at all Acne Studios stores globally.
