Summary

  • Tudor’s new FXD Chrono “Pink” watch pays homage to Giro d’Italia
  • It features a matte black carbon composite watch case with a cycling-specific tachymeter
  • Limited to 300 pieces with a retail price of $5,600 USD

Just under a week after Tudor unveiled the Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 25” at the Miami Grand Prix, the watch brand has returned with another carbon chronograph model. The latest FXD Chrono “Pink” watch is a limited edition created to honor and celebrate the esteemed cycling competition, Giro d’Italia. The pink elements incorporated in the timepiece are a tribute to the Maglia Rosa, or “pink jersey,” which is conventionally awarded to the race winner.

The Pelagos FXD Chrono “Pink” Watch, featuring a 42mm matte black carbon composite case, comes equipped with fixed strap bars. Designed with cyclists in mind, this watch incorporates titanium components for increased durability, while maintaining a lightweight and comfortable fit.

The design of this watch caters specifically to riders’ needs. Unlike traditional chronograph tachymeters designed for car speeds, the Pelagos FXD Chrono “Pink” comes equipped with a scale tailored for cycling. This scale wraps around the dial, enabling cyclists to quickly check their average speeds. Inside this timepiece is the MT5813 Manufacture movement, boasting a 70-hour power reserve and a water resistance of up to 10 ATM.

Available in a limited edition of just 300 units, the stylish “FPD Chrono ‘Pink'” from Tudor is priced at $5,600 USD. For further details, please check out Tudor’s official site.
