Last year, I got my hands on the iconic Nike Air Zoom Spiridon that made a comeback. Originally introduced in 1997, it graced the stage at the SNKRS Showcase event and was later part of a two-shoe collaboration with Fragment Design. After releasing versions in “Metallic Silver” and a limited edition “Thunder Blue” created with UNDEFEATED (only 1,000 pairs were available), Nike is reminiscing about the past 28 years by reintroducing the original “Signal Blue” colorway.

This 90’s-inspired running shoe design kicks off with a black fender skirt adorned by reflective trim. The midfoot Nike logos sport a sleek silver hue outlined in black, while the color scheme of the upper draws inspiration from their iconic blue, particularly its mesh component. A hint of red can be found on the small Swooshes at both the toe and tongue, and the pair is finished off with a white midsole.
