Lil Durk Hit With New Wrongful Death Lawsuit

In a new legal case, rapper Lil Durk is being sued by the relatives of Saviay’a Robinson, a relative of fellow rapper Quando Rondo. The lawsuit alleges that Durk and five other individuals tried to take Robinson’s life in 2022, which they are now being charged with.

On August 19, 2022, offices representing Postman Law and Roden Law claim that Robinson’s car was attacked while he was riding with Quando Rondo in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. The attackers shot numerous bullets into the passenger side close to the Beverly Center location, causing severe injuries to Robinson. He sadly passed away shortly after being admitted to a nearby hospital.

The death of Robinson is now being connected to the federal indictment filed against Banks and associates Kavon London Grant, Deandre Dontrell Wilson, Asa Houston, Keith Jones, and David Brian Lindsey in October 2024. The lawsuit claims that Durk and his co-conspirators, who are believed to be part of his rap collective/alleged gang Only the Family, used interstate resources to carry out a murder that led to Robinson’s demise, as they also targeted Quando Rondo. Postman Law stated, “Following this incident, authorities delved deeper into OTF’s activities, uncovering a troubling trend of violence and retaliation orchestrated by Banks.
