SR_A Season 2 Formal and Lounge Wear
Samuel Ross’s Season 2 collection, under his direction, blurs the lines between formal attire and casual wear using relaxed tailoring, luxurious textures, and an emphasis on mobility and self-expression. This collection was unveiled at Ross’s estate in the U.K., showcasing flowing designs made from silk, linen, velvet, and wool, balancing comfort with elegance. Leather bags and suede loafers serve as practical accessories, while Ross’s exclusive soundtrack accentuates the collection’s introspective and revolutionary atmosphere. The theme of Season 2 is a call for unity and social advancement, positioning fashion as a tool for self-awareness, rebellion, and collective development. At the moment of writing, no specific release date has been announced.
Brain Dead Ghost in the Shell Collection
Brain Dead has teamed up with Ghost in the Shell for a joint collection, offering three T-shirts that creatively blend Masamune Shirow’s famous manga and anime imagery with Brain Dead’s innovative style. The lineup comes in black, white, and monotone hues, delving into the philosophical and cyberpunk aspects of the series through their designs. A matching black cap adorned with dual brand logos completes the assortment. This collection had a pre-release on July 5 at Brain Dead Studios in Los Angeles during a movie screening of the 1995 film and a Q&A session with Kodansha staff, while an online launch is now available to the public.
