As a gamer with a keen eye for social media drama, I can’t help but feel a mix of emotions upon hearing about Megan Thee Stallion‘s lawsuit against Milagro Gramz. On one hand, it’s disheartening to see such a powerful voice as Megan being targeted by someone seeking attention at any cost. On the other hand, it’s a reminder that the internet can sometimes be a wild jungle where anyone can spread false information and cause harm.
Social media influencer and YouTuber Milagro Gramz is facing a lawsuit from rapper Megan Thee Stallion, allegedly for spreading untruths about an incident involving Tory Lanez and her shooting in 2020.
Megan’s legal team stated that the individual known as Gramz (whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper) attempted to “damage reputation, belittle, insult, and spread untruths” regarding Megan. The allegations against Gramz include breach of privacy, cyberbullying, and intentionally causing emotional distress.
The suit also alleges that Gramz encouraged people to watch a pornographic “deepfake” that shows Megan, which according to Megan’s lawyers, goes against Florida’s law about showing “sexual depictions” of real people. Megan, who’s birth name is Megan Pete, is being represented by the law firm Quinn Emanuel, as Billboard explains.
In their declaration, the legal team expressed that it was time for an end. The renowned advocate for women’s rights, Ms. Pete – who has been a victim of violent crime and is admired by millions globally – has decided she will no longer tolerate the defendant’s persistent harassment.
Gramz has previously addressed the lawsuit filed by Alex Spiro acting for Megan Thee Stallion. He mentioned that he was informed about the lawsuit and is open to discussing the matter further. Additionally, they included a tape in the suit as well.
It has been brought to my attention that Alex Spiro, acting on behalf of Megan Thee Stallion, is taking legal action against me due to alleged actions of harassment, cyberbullying, and making false statements about her associate, Ms. Pete.

Additionally, Megan’s legal team has raised a new argument following the reversal of Tory Lanez’s guilty verdict by an appeals court. The gun used in the shooting, which disappeared, was not presented in court during Lanez’s trial. Consequently, Lanez was found guilty of shooting Megan in 2022 and sentenced to 10 years in prison. However, his conviction has since been overturned due to this missing evidence.
In simpler terms, the defense attorney for Cooper made careless claims that implied the gun was not shown in court because it mysteriously vanished. However, this is not true; the gun is still in the possession of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Additionally, Megan spoke out concerning the lawsuit, expressing her viewpoint that those who disseminate incorrect information via blogs ought to receive a caution.
Megan stated, “I’ve faced numerous personal assaults due to inaccurate stories spread by bloggers on social media who falsely claim to be journalists. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and these people should realize there will be consequences for spreading lies and harmful untruths carelessly.
