This news follows Sofia Vergara’s recent confirmation that she is dating Douglas Chabbott, a 39-year-old American businessman. They first publicly acknowledged their relationship on Instagram in December 2025 with a sweet photo from a dinner date, where Sofia wrote “I love you” in Spanish.
Okay, so I’ve been doing some digging, and it turns out Sofia’s been spending a lot of time with this guy, Chabbott. He’s a VP at a fancy jewelry company, and they’ve been everywhere together! I’m talking major events – I’ve seen pictures of them at the Monaco Grand Prix and even at parties during the 2026 Super Bowl. They definitely seem to be a bit of a power couple.

Sofia is enjoying a fantastic start to 2026, both personally and in her career. She made a big splash during the Super Bowl LX commercial break with a fun Skechers ad, playfully throwing away her heels and choosing their easy-to-wear slip-ins instead. Michael Greenberg, president of Skechers, praised the partnership, saying, “Sofía brings incredible energy, passion, and attitude to everything she does.”
The actress recently had a very successful year, including an Emmy nomination for her role as the “Cocaine Godmother” in the popular Netflix series Griselda. Although Griselda was just one season, Sofia has several exciting new projects planned for the rest of the year.
