📢 Original PC Launcher Support Restored & Purchase Account Info Displayed

After releasing the official Google Play Games (GPG) version on February 26th, and updating how the PC app launches, we’ve found some problems. Some players are experiencing issues like GPG not installing correctly, which is frustrating. We’re working to fix these issues.

To make things easier and more like before, we’ve temporarily let you launch the game the same way you used to – directly through the BrownDust2 icon on your desktop. You no longer need to go through GPG, and you’ll still be able to use all game features, including making purchases.

Please see the details below.

You can now start the game on your computer using the existing “BrownDust2” PC launcher. This provides a new and convenient way to access the game.

You won’t see the old “Google Play Games Notice” message anymore. Everything in the game, like making purchases, will continue to work as usual. To make sure these changes take effect, please completely close and restart the game.

We’ve fixed an issue where your in-game purchase account information wasn’t showing up. It’s now visible again after integrating with the GPG platform.

You can check the currently linked purchase account (Google account) in: Settings > Info
