Once more, we apologize for the mix-up and inconvenience caused by the irregular currency procurement issue. The following is a detailed overview of our supplementary actions to address this matter.

1. Overview of Additional Actions Regarding Abnormal Currency Acquisition

We’ve reclassified players who took advantage of the bug based on their frequency of abusive actions: short-term (7 days), moderate (30 days), or permanent bans apply.

Regarding the production and enhancement of top-tier equipment, here are our plans:

1. Increase the time required for creating high-grade gear to reduce the overall speed at which players can produce it.
2. Implement a more complex refining process to make it harder for players to upgrade their existing equipment without putting in effort and skill.
3. Introduce random factors into the creation and refinement of high-grade gear, adding an element of unpredictability and excitement to the gameplay experience.

[Impact on High-Grade Gear Creation and Refining]

Concerning apprehensions about the use of top-tier equipment, an exhaustive examination of game logs from January 1, 2024 to May 30, 2025 showed that no player’s account utilized unusual resources for creating new SSS-rank gear or managed to upgrade any item to SSS level or beyond.

In many cases, the abusers tended to consistently claim rewards each day. For some accounts, there wasn’t much advancement in equipment beyond the usual methods.

As a devoted player, I’ve noticed that accounts showing excessive or habitual misuse have been permanently blocked to preserve the game’s equipment equilibrium. This move hasn’t significantly altered the process of acquiring top-tier gear in the game.

As a gamer, I want to let you know that any players who have been sanctioned won’t be included in the current season rankings for competitive content like Fiend Hunter, Mirror War, Demon Castle, and so on. Additionally, those permanently banned will also be removed from previous season rankings. This process will happen soon, and we’ll notify you once it’s done.

In the March 2024 update, this issue was initially resolved, but it resurfaced more recently and some users exploited it maliciously. To address this, we’ve taken appropriate action in accordance with our policies. For specific details, please consult the ensuing passages.

2. Reclassification of Sanctioned Accounts

The lengths of penalties for some previously penalized accounts that were found to repeat abusive actions have been adjusted. These earlier sanctions could now be extended to 30-day bans or even permanent restrictions. For more information, please consult the provided lists.

Permanent Ban  
Criteria: More than 30 abuses, or abuse across 2 or more seasons  

30-Day Suspension  
Criteria: 11–30 abuses  

7-Day Suspension  
Criteria: 10 or fewer abuses  

Each season, the NPC (Mr. LEE, the Retrieval Agent) will recover the abused event currency that players have obtained.

3. Restoration & Compensation for Temporarily Restricted Accounts

Accounts under suspicion of misuse were temporarily blocked for an investigation. Those declared innocent have since had their access reinstated.

Accounts temporarily restricted, but cleared of any abuse charges, will receive compensation for the daily rewards missed while under restriction. Furthermore, extra rewards determined by the specific event’s rank or level will also be distributed. Once the rewards have been processed and disbursed, you will be notified again.

☞ Rewards: You’ll receive 10 Draw Tickets, 1,000 Free Diamonds, 1 Tear of Goddess, 120 cooked rice and 120 torches for payment, plus 72,000 Event Currency.
Please note: Accounts that have been sanctioned will not be eligible to receive these rewards.
The amount of Event Currency is equivalent to the daily Fiend Hunter level 15 reward combined with 30 days’ worth of possible rewards during a 30-day suspension.
