Help your team thrive in Zenless Zone Zero with a great Lucia build! This Support Agent can significantly increase her allies’ damage, health, and overall power, while also dealing extra damage to enemies. She’s a flexible character who fits well into many different team compositions.
Lucia earns Dream Points by performing various actions like attacking, dodging, assisting allies, and using special moves. Once she collects 100 Dream Points, she enters a Dream state, activating Ether Veil: Wellspring. This ability increases the maximum HP of all members in her team.
When Lucia is in Dream state, she automatically uses Dream Points to power up her Whim attacks into more powerful Harmony attacks while she’s in battle. If she’s not actively fighting, she’ll deal extra Aftershock damage whenever the player’s active character hits an enemy. Each time Lucia activates a Harmony or Aftershock attack, she briefly boosts the damage output of the entire team with an effect called Dreamer’s Nursery Rhyme.
As a Lucia player, I’ve learned her Special Attack, Chain Attack, and Ultimate are *always* considered Harmony attacks, which is awesome! Everything else she does counts as Whims. And just so you know, the Dream state ends completely once you’ve used up all your Dream Points.
- Full Name: Lucia Elowen
- Role: Support
- Damage Type: Ether
- Faction: Spook Shack
- Rarity: S-Rank
Lucia’s special attack deals Ether damage and gives her teammates a buff called Darkbreaker. This buff boosts their Sheer Force based on Lucia’s maximum health. If Lucia’s team includes a character with Stun or Rupture, Darkbreaker also increases their critical damage.
Lucia’s Ultimate ability lets her ride a spectral form that players can control. This form damages enemies on impact, quickly helps allies, and creates a healing zone that restores the active Agent’s health based on how much health Lucia has.
Getting multiple copies of Lucia lets you increase her Mindscape Cinema Level, which unlocks even more powerful benefits.

ZZZ – Lucia: best W-Engines
Okay, so playing Lucia, I’ve noticed a huge part of what she can do – both dealing damage and helping the team – is tied to her max HP. That’s why her special weapon, the W-Engine Dreamlit Hearth, gives a ton of HP as its main stat, which is awesome. It also boosts energy regen, giving me a really strong foundation to work with. But the best part? It gives *everyone* on my team a damage and health boost once I activate or extend my Ether Veil. It’s a game changer!
Best W-Engines for Lucia in ZZZ:
- Dreamlit Hearth (S-Rank)
- Elegant Vanity (S-Rank)
- The Vault (A-Rank)
- Kaboom the Cannon (A-Rank)
- Unfettered Game Ball (A-Rank)
ZZZ – Lucia: best Drive Discs
When equipping Drive Discs for Lucia, prioritize HP and Energy Regeneration – these are her most important stats. While increasing her CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG can add a little extra damage, they aren’t as crucial. You can customize the remaining stats to your preference.

- Moonlight Lullaby (4) + Yunkui Tales (2) – +20% Energy Regeneration, +18% DMG for 25s for all squad members after the wearer uses EX Special Attack or Ultimate; +10% Max HP.

ZZZ – Lucia: best teams
Lucia works well with Aftershock teams, but she’s primarily skilled at helping Rupture Agents succeed.
- Yixuan (Main DPS), Ju Fufu (Sub DPS), Lucia (Support)
- Bangboo: Belion
As a player, I’ve found Lucia to be a huge help for my main damage dealer, Yixuan. She gives him a nice HP boost and activates his Sheer Force ability, letting him deal massive damage without needing to be on the field constantly. When I pair her with Ju Fufu, it creates a really smooth team rotation – we get all the team buffs we need *before* sending Yixuan in to absolutely destroy everything.
If you don’t have Yixuan, Komano Manato is a great choice as your main damage dealer. Pulchra is a reliable character for stunning enemies and works well with Aftershock abilities. You can also use Pan Yinhu instead of another Stun Agent; she offers extra healing and boosts Sheer Force.
ZZZ – Lucia: promotion materials
Once you get Lucia, you’ll want to increase her level quickly so you can use her skills in battle. Here’s a list of the items you’ll need to upgrade her to Level 60:
- Basic Support Certification Seal x4
- Advanced Support Certification Seal x32
- Ruler Certification Seal x30
- Dennies x800,000
I’ve discovered you can get those cool Certification Seals by battling it out in the VR Combat Simulation! And get this – you can actually craft better materials using the ones you’ve already found. As for earning Dennies, you can do that by winning in the VR Combat Simulation *or* by running the Random Play video store. It’s a great way to make some extra cash!
While increasing Lucia’s level is important, fully upgrading her skills is key to maximizing her combat effectiveness. Below, you’ll find a list of all the materials needed to reach the highest skill level for her Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack. The amounts listed are totals – to find out how much you need for just one skill, simply divide each total by five.
- Basic Ether Chip x25
- Advanced Ether Chip x75
- Specialized Ether Chip x250
- Hamster Cage Pass x5
- Dennies x2,500,000
You can get Chips by playing the VR Combat Simulation. More powerful, specialized Chips can be made through crafting. Hamster Cage Passes, which are harder to find, are available during special events and through contributions to the New Eridu City Fund.
Okay, so I’ve been working on leveling up Lucia, and I can boost her Core Skill six times to make her way more powerful. Here’s what I need to collect to do it:
- Higher Dimensional Data: Corrupted Dreamsteel x60
- Crimson Miasma Spike x9
- Dennies x405,000
You can get Thunderous Dragon by completing the Expert Challenge featuring Miasming Doppelgänger – Komano Manato. Crimson Miasma Spike, on the other hand, is a reward for finishing the Notorious Hunt called Corruption Complex – Wandering Hunter.
