‘Zelig, We Love You’: Hugh Jackman Appeals to His Fans to Join the Search for Missing Broadway Artist Zelig Williams

As a lifestyle expert with extensive experience in the performing arts industry, I find myself deeply moved by the heartrending situation of Zelig Williams, the promising Broadway artist who has been missing for ten days now. Having worked alongside some of the most talented artists in the industry and having a deep understanding of the camaraderie that exists among performers, my heart goes out to Zelig and his loved ones during this trying time.

As a devoted admirer, I’m joining forces with Hugh Jackman in the quest to find the elusive Broadway artist, Zelig Williams. Last Thursday, the remarkable actor behind Logan took to his Instagram, sharing a heartfelt message, inviting all of us to lend our efforts in this search too.

In 2019, Williams and Jackman collaborated on The Greatest Showman Tour. However, over the last ten days, there’s been no sign of the Broadway performer.

During his speech to his audience, the actor posted a photo of the missing artist, Zelig Williams, and added, “If anyone knows anything about Zelig’s location, kindly contact your local law enforcement.” He continued, expressing his affection, saying, “Zelig, we care for you deeply and hope for your swift return. Spread this message far and wide!!!

In the forthcoming musical MJ, Williams is anticipated to take on a leading role. Previously, he had been involved in a production titled Hamilton which is set to debut on October 26th, and this project kept him busy for over five months prior.

As per People Magazine’s reports, the Broadway actor was recently seen at his residence in Colombia on a Thursday morning. Additionally, it was mentioned that he had returned to his hometown to take on the role of a dance instructor.

Williams’ mom stated that she noticed her son, who is an actor, departing from their home approximately at 9 a.m. After this, there was no communication between the two for a full day (24 hours), which caused her to become concerned or suspicious.

As reported by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, Williams was last seen near Congaree National Park in South Carolina. Subsequently, his vehicle was discovered along the 500-mile Palmetto Trail, a trail that spans across the entire state.

Other news outlets speculated that it was first thought by the Broadway dancer’s family that Williams could have been involved in a car crash, since his phone displayed an SOS signal and a crash notification, which his friend received.

Yet, upon discovery of Williams’ vehicle, the authorities stated that no signs of an accident were found. It was only a few weeks prior that Zelig Williams celebrated his 28th birthday, and he had vanished several days before a planned workshop.
